![]() Method of producing upper material
专利摘要:
The invention concerns a top cloth, especially a top cloth cut for clothes, which top cloth or cut is coated on one side with a patterned coating serving to stabilize it. Inventively this coating comprises a lower adhesive layer (2) of patterned heat-sealable plastics elements which are not interconnected and which adhere to the back of said top cloth or cut (1), and an upper covering layer (3) of non-hot sealable or substantially non-hot sealable material. The covering layer can extend substantially or fairly continuously, i.e. pattern-free, over the lower patterned adhesive layer and optionally beyond it and can in its areas between the pattern points of the lower layer not adhere to the top cloth or only slightly adhere thereto, while being easily wiped off. But it can also be directly patterned and congruent with the adhesive pattern beneath it. The invention concerns a process for the manufacture of such a top cloth and a transfer unit for implementing said process. 公开号:SU1454236A3 申请号:SU843786917 申请日:1984-08-24 公开日:1989-01-23 发明作者:Хефеле Йозеф 申请人:Куфнер Текстильверке Гмбх (Фирма); IPC主号:

Claims (5) [1] F o ° r mule of the invention 1. The method of obtaining the upper material, mainly for clothing, by applying on its wrong side of the coating in raster form, which serves to stabilize it, from two successively deposited layers consisting of Polymer masses with different heat-sealing ability, characterized in that, with for the sake of simplicity, the coating is preliminarily applied to a substrate, for example, siliconized paper, whereby a continuously continuous layer of mainly non-heat sealable polymer mass is first applied, and then a layer of thermos the polymer to be welded in raster form, after which the substrate is applied in a rasterized layer to the wrong side of the upper material, pressurized and heated to soften the layer of heat-sealing polymer mass and to adhere it to the wrong side of the material, after which the substrate is removed, and the sections of the layer are mainly non-heat-sealable polymer mass located between 1 sections of the heat-sealable polymer mass adhered to the wrong side of the upper material is removed together with the substrate. [2] 2. The method of pop. 1, characterized in that before applying to the substrate a layer of a basically non-heat-sealable polymer mass, a release agent is applied to it. [3] 3. The method of pop. 1, characterized in that the layer L of the generally non-heat-sealable polymer mass is applied to the substrate in rasterized form, after which it is smoothed into a continuous continuous layer, [4] 4. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that an even layer of a substantially non-heat-sealable polymeric mass is applied to the substrate in a fluid or paste-like state, and before subsequent deposition of a layer of heat-sealable polymer mass on it in raster form, it is hardened and subsequent removal of the substrate from a smooth polymer layer, the sections of the layer adhered to the substrate are destroyed and removed, and these removable sections are between the sections of the polymer layer, which are heat-welded with the underside of the upper of material. [5] 5. The method of pop. 1, characterized in that the layer of heat-sealable polymer mass is formed from paste or powder. Figure 1 Figure 4
